Asheville Mediation, LLC

The rate for mediation services is $150 per hour. In court ordered mediation, there is also a one time administrative fee of $150. Payment is due at the end of each mediation session. For your convenience, Asheville Mediation accepts Cash, Check, Visa, Master Card, American Express and Paypal.

If you need to cancel your mediation session, please do so at least 7 days prior to the mediation session. Cancellations made within one week of the scheduled mediation will be charged for one hour at the rate of $150.

Below you will find an online calendar and appointment portal. It offers morning, afternoon or full day mediation sessions. The default start time for morning or full day appointments is 9am. The default start time for an afternoon session is 12:30. If these times do not work for you, please go ahead and make the appointment but indicate your desired start/end time in the Note field which will appear once you have chosen your time slot. Please indicate the nature of the mediation (Ex: Divorce, Sup Ct, etc.) and provide the names, emails, and telephone numbers of all parties to the mediation in the Note section of the appointment dialogue.
